Thunder in the Valley

Thunder in the Valley was met with great weather this year bring out crowds in the tens of thousands from all over to downtown Johnstown. This is a free event so it would be almost impossible to count the actual number of people there over the four day event. The crowd watching the parade was as big as I have ever seen it and the number and quality of bikes on the street was outstanding. Once again they get great entertainment and work hard at keeping the people happy. Jasmine Cane who is a bike rally favorite played several shows during the weekend and other bands included one of my favorites Bastard Bearded Irishmen along with Hairball, Firehouse, Whey Jennings, The Stickers, Joe Grushecky & The Houserockers, Michael Christopher Band and more There are multiple stages so there is always plenty to entertain you. The Grand Thunder Parade always brings a great crowd along with the Wall Of Death. As always it is a great weekend of live music, bikes, babes and beer.
